4. Data collection on this website

Server log files

The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits to us automatically. These are:

This data is not merged with other data sources. This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website — for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.

Contact form & enquiries by email

If you send us enquiries via the contact form or by email, your details from the form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Quotation and order processing

If you request a quotation or place an order with us, we process the data required for contract fulfilment (company name, contact person, delivery and billing address, phone, email, VAT ID where applicable). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For processing purposes, the order data is transferred to our internal ERP system.

Google Maps (map displayed only after click)

On our location page, we only embed a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) after you have actively clicked on "Load map". Only with this click is data (including your IP address) transmitted to Google; this constitutes your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without the click, no data is transmitted to Google. 5. Newsletter

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we require a valid email address from you as well as information allowing us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter: after registering, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link contained in the newsletter or by sending us a short message.

Simply visiting our website sets no cookies and transfers no data to third parties. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics services — which is why this website does not require a cookie banner.
